DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW

Privacy Policy

Effective date: [INSERT DATE]. This policy explains how TaskMivra handles information used to operate its independent platform.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, country, login and security records, task and campaign activity, provider transaction identifiers, wallet entries, withdrawal details, support communications, device and network information, identity-verification status and provider case references, and tax information when required. Government-ID images, selfies, and similar verification evidence are collected directly by the identity-verification provider and are not intended to be stored in the TaskMivra database.

How we use information

We use information to register and secure accounts, determine opportunity eligibility, attribute provider transactions, calculate member rewards and maintain internal platform accounting, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law, and improve platform reliability.

Third-party providers

When you open an opportunity, the relevant provider may collect information under its own privacy policy. We may send a pseudonymous TaskMivra Member ID and permitted tracking parameters so callbacks can be attributed. Providers may independently collect survey responses, device data, location signals, or lead information.

Sharing

We may share necessary information with task, survey, affiliate, lead-generation, identity-verification, payment, hosting, analytics, legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention service providers. We do not authorize these parties to use information outside the services they provide to us, except as permitted by law or their direct relationship with you.

Retention and security

We retain information for operational, dispute, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and provider-reconciliation needs. We use access controls, authentication, signed callbacks, duplicate-transaction protection, and restricted server-side credentials; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Provider-specific privacy requests may also need to be forwarded to the provider that collected the information.
