Terms of Use

Effective date: [INSERT DATE]. EarnCircuit is operated by Stelicon AI Solutions (“EarnCircuit,” “we,” or “us”). By registering or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and truthful identity
You must be legally able to enter this agreement, use only one account, provide truthful information, and comply with age, location, tax, identity-verification, and provider requirements. You may not impersonate another person or allow someone else to use your account.
2. Earning opportunities
EarnCircuit may display paid tasks, surveys, affiliate opportunities, and lead campaigns supplied by independent providers. Availability, eligibility, advertised values, and approval are controlled in part by those providers. An opportunity is not guaranteed income.
3. Member rewards and platform fees
Each opportunity may display a member reward amount. That amount is subject to eligibility, tracking, provider confirmation, reversals, and these Terms. EarnCircuit may receive provider revenue and retain service fees or commercial margin under separate provider arrangements. Those arrangements do not increase a displayed member reward unless EarnCircuit expressly updates the opportunity.
4. Pending, confirmed, and reversed amounts
Estimated or pending balances are not withdrawable. A provider may reject, reduce, or reverse a transaction because of quality review, duplication, fraud, cancellation, or campaign rules. Corresponding wallet and accounting entries may be adjusted or reversed.
5. Prohibited activity
- Bots, scripts, automated survey completion, fabricated identities, false answers, or manipulated device/location data.
- Self-referrals, duplicate leads, submitting relatives or friends solely to trigger payment, or submitting information without the prospect’s permission.
- Spam, deceptive advertising, misleading claims, prohibited traffic sources, or violating a provider’s campaign terms.
- Trying to bypass tracking, callback verification, account limits, fraud controls, or payout review.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals require sufficient confirmed and unreserved balance, satisfactory account review, accurate payout details, and any required tax or identity documents. Minimums, methods, processing times, and fees may be updated with notice.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts, freeze withdrawals, or investigate transactions when we reasonably suspect fraud, policy violations, identity problems, provider disputes, or legal risk.
8. Independent providers
Third-party providers control their own opportunities, tracking, qualification, and approval decisions. EarnCircuit is not responsible for provider availability, outages, disqualifications, or changes beyond amounts actually received and recorded by EarnCircuit.
9. Taxes
Members are responsible for determining and paying taxes that apply to their earnings. We may request tax information or issue required reports.
